In many cases, we’re able to complete a repair project within 24 hours – particularly for our Comfort Club Members.
After inspecting and diagnosing your unit, our technician will provide you with a flat rate quote for the needed repairs. Our flat rate has been formulated based on a regional average that takes into account the length of the repair as well as the fairness of the cost. This flat rate method is often significantly more affordable than your typical by-the-hour rate. Our customers appreciate knowing the cost and how long each job should take upfront and not being punished if the timeline runs long.
